Who is RGO...

Angelo Salustri

Angelo, founder of RGO, has 30 years of experience in the staffing and consulting industry, specializing in year over year growth, strategic planning, operational excellence, and leadership coaching/development, with a strong focus on problem-solving.

Has driven every organization he’s led to be recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts™ as one of the Top 10 fastest-growing staffing and consulting firms in the U.S., including #1 fastest in 2022, and has served on the Board of Directors for 2 organizations
Angelo graduated Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, with a BA in Communications and a minor in Economics. He was captain of the baseball team, MVP, and 2 time All-New England shortstop, before going on to play professionally in Italy.
Currently living on the north shore, in addition to starting RGO, Angelo is an adjunct business instructor, sports enthusiast, musician, and supporter of the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research. He and his family have been active in the organization since 2007, and helped bring an annual charity walk to Boston.

Mickey Schneiderhan

Mickey has been working in the staffing industry for 35 years. From recruiter trainee to co-owner, and almost every position in between, in both regional and national capacities.

Mickey started and co-owned New Millennium(now Millennium Consulting), specializing in staffing solutions, where he was responsible for creating the go to market strategy, recruiter training, and business development capabilities, while providing executive level oversight of the organization's growth.
Mickey developed a passion for creating dynamic training and employee development programs from the ground up, encompassing all levels of recruiting, talent acquisition, and sales. Mickey is currently a Sr Director of TA for federal clients and serves as RGO's Training SME and Business Development mentor.
Mickey is a United States Army Veteran, where his leadership and coaching abilities led him to be chosen to the West Point Military Academy athletic coaching staff. Mickey also attended Rhode Island College where he majored in Business Administration, and was member/captain of the varsity wrestling team.
